Controller
The StageFlow app is operated by TOMAXED DIGITAL s.r.o. (www.tdx-production.eu), the controller of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.

What data we process
• email address and name – to create and manage your account,
• profile photo and instrument/position – if you set them voluntarily,
• content created in the app – songs, playlists, notes, bands and memberships,
• technical data necessary for the app to work (e.g. a sign-in identifier).

Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to provide the app’s features – registration and sign-in, syncing content across devices and sharing within your band. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (providing the service) and the consent given at registration. We do not sell the data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where the data is stored
The data is stored in the secured Supabase cloud infrastructure. Access is protected by authentication and strict access rules – band members only see their own band’s content.

How long we keep the data
For as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete the account at any time directly in the app (Profile → Profile details → Delete account) – this removes all of your personal data.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory data-protection authority.
